Summary Manages financial activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Accurate preparation of financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually as required in compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and SOX.

Ensure inventory costs are accurate

- Standards review/adjustment

- Close jobs

- E&O reserve

- Maintain indirect rates, O/H, material

- Maintain direct labor rates

Audit/Oversee all company SOX procedures

- Coordinate, write, and maintain procedures

Forecasting

Customer Account Manager
Customer Account Manager

Summary:  Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Account Manager is a key member of the Customer Support Team (CST) who will support all products of CEF.  Responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and for all functions of key customer accounts as it relates to the base business including bookings, pricing, and customer communication.  The Customer Account Manager is the voice of the customer working with Operations to ensure key objectives are achieved. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support the customer’s account and relationship
  • Collaborates with the Sales Manager and departments in meeting contractual commitments, production schedules and in resolving problems
  • Review and confirm customer contractual and PO requirements
  • Work with and provide guidance to the CA and SE assigned to the customer
  • Monitor, contest, and improve customer account scorecard data
  • Assist the Sales Manager on preparing bookings forecast and plan
  • As a member of the Customer Support Team (CST) works as part of a team to address all product line issues including production, engineering, delivery, sales, and quality
  • Prepare quotes and pricing for submittal to the Sales Manager
  • Lead customer OOR discussions to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the customer
  • Support/lead customer visits both onsite and externally as requested

Quality Assurance II (Inspector)
Quality Assurance II (Inspector)

Summary:   The Quality Assurance role is responsible for the inspection of manufactured and purchased components at incoming, in-process, and final inspection.  As a key role within the quality department the Quality Assurance member supports RCCA, Corrective Action, Internal Audit, and overall compliance to the QMS and Regulatory processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews documentation packages from supplier receipts for compliance to contract requirements and processes receipt/nonconformances transactions within the ERP system.
  • Performs customer specific inspections and inspection reports.
  • Performs dock-to-stock, in-process inspection and final inspection activities.
  • Records first pass yield information and documents measurement on inspection sheets.
  • Prepares first article inspection reports (FAIRs) using dedicated software program.
  • Prepares documentation for customer and regulatory source inspection.
  • Supports the Material Review Board as necessary to process nonconforming product.
  • Key member for RCCA and Corrective Action efforts and submittals.
  • Performs calibration coordination activities with external metrology provider.
  • Performs functional testing and acceptance testing on final product and completes functional testing data sheets.
  • Knowledge of QMS, AS9100, FAA, EASA, and other gov’t agency requirements
  • Knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations relating to the aerospace industry and defense contracting.
  • Employee’s primary duties require him/her to use discretion and independent judgment.
  • Expertise in Inspection & Measurement Equipment - the QA Inspector II must demonstrate mastery in the use of a wide range of inspection and measurement gauging equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, digital and dial calipers, micrometers (both inside and outside), plug, pin, and ring gauges, as well as complex tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other specialty gauging equipment.
  • Key Objectives: Incoming inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final inspection, 8130 Inspection, Internal Auditor, MRB/NC, RCCA/CAR, Unipoint

FAA Repair Station (if applicable):

  • If assigned, responsibilities are in accordance with the FAA Repair Station Manual

Education and/or Experience:

Level II = 4+ years of Quality experience or Bachelors Degree from accredited university

Ability to understand technical drawings, routers, BOM’s, etc.

Summary

This position is responsible for following procedures for product assembly, fabrication, test, equipment operation and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system. Disassemble units to replace parts or to crate them for shipping.

Measure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, and calipers.

Clean and lubricate parts and subassemblies, using grease paddles or oilcans.

Drill and spot-face bolt holes in parts, using drill presses and portable power drills.

Summary Sets up and operates numerically controlled horizontal lathe to perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts such as castings, forgings, and bar stock by performing the following duties.  Other duties may be assigned.

Reads process sheets, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up, and operating requirements.

Mounts work piece between centers, in chuck, or to faceplate.

Selects and installs preset tooling in tool posts, turrets or indexing heads, and automatic tool change magazine, in sequence specified on process sheet.

Depresses buttons, toggles, or sets tape and starts machining operation.

Observes numerical displays on control panel and compares with data on process sheet to verify dimensional adjustments, feed rates, and speeds of machining cuts.

Turns dials and switches to override tape control and correct machine performance.

Inspects first run piece and spot checks succeeding pieces for conformance to specifications.

Studies job packet and organizes materials for next run during automatic tape controlled cycles to shorten changeover time.

Sets tools before positioning them in lathe.

Sets up and operates another machine tool during tape controlled machining cycles.
